CSSC Chengxi Shipyard – Guangxi

OKT Denizcilik Ltd. olarak gururla temsil ettiğimiz CSSC Grubu bünyesindeki Chengxi Tersanemiz, Güney Çin’de yer alan Guangxi bölgesinde aktif bir tersane üssünü daha bünyesine katarak büyüme stratejisinde önemli bir adım attı.

Vietnam’a yakın stratejik konumu ve Guangxi Fangcheng Limanı’nın tam karşısında yer almasıyla dikkat çeken Guangxi tesisi, CSSC Chengxi’nin hem bölgesel hem de küresel operasyonel gücünü ileri taşımayı hedeflemektedir.

250 Milyon RMB’lik Yatırım ve Kapasite Artışı

CSSC Chengxi, önümüzdeki beş yıl içerisinde toplam 250 milyon RMB tutarında yatırım yaparak Guangxi tersanesinin altyapısını ve üretim kapasitesini kademeli olarak artırmayı planlıyor. Bu yatırımlarla birlikte tesisin toplam kapasitesinin Jiangyin’deki ana tersane seviyesine ulaştırılması amaçlanıyor.

Gemi yeni inşaası olarak Guangxi tesisimiz ağırlıklı olarak 20.000 DWT altındaki gemi tiplerinde uzmanlaşmış olup (yeni programlarla değişiklik gösterecektir);

• LPG taşıyıcıları,

• Küçük ve orta ölçekli petrol tankerleri,
• Araç ve yolcu feribotları,

gibi çeşitli gemi tiplerinin inşasını başarıyla gerçekleştirmektedir. Bunun yanı sıra 3.000 ton altındaki resmi amaçlı gemiler, yüksek hızlı ve yüksek performanslı özel amaçlı gemiler ile lüks kruvaziyer projeleri de Chengxi’nin uzmanlık alanı içerisinde yer almaktadır.

Voyage Repair Hizmetleri ve Bölgesel Operasyonel Esneklik

Bölgesel ihtiyaçlar doğrultusunda CSSC Chengxi – Guangxi tesisimiz, gemi bakım-onarım faaliyetlerinin yapısını da optimize etmiştir. Qinzhou üssündeki bakım-onarım kapasitesinin güçlendirilmesine ek olarak, yüksek operasyonel ve yönetsel esnekliğe sahip ayrı bir voyage repair iş birimi oluşturulmuştur. Hafif varlık (light asset) yatırım yaklaşımıyla hayata geçirilen bu yapı kapsamında; Beihai, Sanya, Wenchang, Haikou, Maoming, Zhanjiang, Guangzhou ve Wuzhou şehirlerinde toplam sekiz voyage repair istasyonu kurulmuş olup, bu ağda 100’ün üzerinde uzman personel görev yapmaktadır.

2026’ya Güçlü Başlangıç: Teslim Performansı ve Operasyonel Güç

Guangxi’deki bu stratejik yatırım hamlesi, CSSC Chengxi’nin artan teslim performansına ve operasyonel verimliliğine de doğrudan yansımış durumdadır. 2026 yılının ilk günlerinde, tersane aynı hafta içerisinde dört yeni gemi teslimatı gerçekleştirerek üretim ve proje yönetim kabiliyetini net biçimde ortaya koymuştur.

Bu stratejik yatırım hamlesi, CSSC Chengxi’nin artan kapasite ve teslim performansına da doğrudan yansımış durumda. 2026 yılının ilk günlerinde tersane, aynı hafta içerisinde dört yeni gemi teslimatı gerçekleştirerek operasyonel verimliliğini ortaya koydu.

Bu kapsamda 9 Ocak 2026 tarihinde, CSSC Shipping Company Limited ile SEACON ortaklığı için inşa edilen 50.000 DWT kapasiteli Product Oil / Chemical Tanker “CS FUJAIRAH”, düzenlenen törenle teslim edildi. Çevreci tasarımı, yüksek yük kapasitesi ve etkin yükleme-boşaltma kabiliyetiyle öne çıkan gemi, Chengxi Tersanesi’nin teknik yetkinliğini bir kez daha teyit etti.

CSSC Chengxi, Guangxi’deki yeni tersane yatırımıyla birlikte; sürdürülebilir büyüme, yüksek kalite standartları ve armatörlerle uzun vadeli kazan-kazan iş birlikleri geliştirme vizyonunu 2026 ve sonrasında da kararlılıkla sürdürmeyi hedefliyor.

In a major milestone for Turkey’s maritime industry, Sefine Shipyard—proudly represented by OKT Shipping Ltd. for worldwide clients since its early years—has successfully welcomed the first vessel into its brand-new floating dock, marking the start of an exciting new operational era.

With dimensions of 360 meters in length, 58 meters internal width, and a lifting capacity of 75,000 tons, this state-of-the-art dock stands as one of the largest of its kind in the region. More than just a technical upgrade, the launch of this floating dock reflects Sefine Shipyard’s expanding global vision and strategic commitment to long-term growth.

This addition brings Sefine’s total number of large docks to three, significantly strengthening its capacity to handle complex, large-scale repair and conversion projects:

• Dock No.1 – A 240m x 42m graving dock designed for Post-Panamax vessels up to 90,000 DWT
• Dock No.2 – A 282m x 47m Aframax-type floating dock suitable for vessels up to 120,000 DWT
• Dock No.3 – The newly commissioned 360m x 58m floating dock with a 75,000-ton lifting capacity

Thanks to this expansion, Sefine Shipyard is not only enhancing its operational footprint but also reinforcing its position as a regional hub for high-quality, large-scale marine projects. Between November 29 and December 3, Mr. Lu Ziyou Chairman of CSSC Chengxi Shipyard and his delegation visited Türkiye for active newbuilding, repair and conversion projects of Turkish Ship Owners and Managers.

The visit was organised by OKT Shipping Ltd., the sole agent of CSSC Chengxi Shipyard in Türkiye. OKT Shipping and Chengxi have a long-term successful cooperation and OKT Shipping succesfully represents CSSC Chengxi Shipyard in Turkey since its establishment.

Chengxi Shipyard Co. Ltd. is one of the largest and oldest (since 1973) new building and ship repair enterprises under CSSC (China State Shipbuilding Corporation). The company specializes in new building and ship repair, steel construction as well as offshore engineering, lifting gears, crane and mechanical-electric equipment manufacture. The non-marine business features the steel structure manufacturing, which is mainly engaged in wind turbine tower manufacturing at home and abroad. Based on the non-marine products, the company also devotes itself actively to the construction of floating dock, pontoon jetty, self-propelled floating crane, expanding the business including scrubber retrofit equipment, incinerators, derusting equipment, pressure vessel, oil pipelines, and oil/gas module etc. As one of the earliest manufacturers engaged in wind tower products since the year of 2003,  Chengxi has become a high-end oriented industrial representative of large-scale wind tower manufacturing with two production bases, fourteen production lines, possessing an annual production capability of 500 sets and an accumulative performance of having delivered 6,500 sets so far.
